So I pitched a story on Tanger: in the footsteps of Paul Bowles. The American composer and author had lived there for more than thirty years, together with his wife. He had written his famous books ('The Sheltering Sky') in that windy city, at a time when this part of Africa was wild and free. Mick Jagger, André Gide, the Beat Poets... all of them had one day set foot on Tanger ground, looking for the ultimate kick. I took Mous Lamrabat, a photographer from Ghent with Berber roots, to Tanger and this is his story. In pictures of course...
