Molotov has been around for quite some time, but it used to be the best kept secret in Antwerp. The private club and lounge designed by Glenn Sestig architects was named the best private club in the world in 2006 by Wallpaper* magazine (which to those in the knowing is still the ultimate lifestyle , fashion and architecture bible), but only the happy few had been invited to it. From time to time, a party would be organized in the private club, bringing together prominent international and Belgian personalities. I’ve always loved the club for its glamourous James Bond feel. And to be honest: I’ve hardly seen a club more beautiful in the world. Molotov is situated in Antwerp, but it could easily have been in Bejing, New York or Seoul. When is the next party?
